The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Loki is there for you, it enhances intellect and gives strength to the mind" (Tabrani).

On one occasion, the Holy Prophet said to Ayesha, "When you cook dry meat, put kadu (gourd) in it and add it, as it strengthens the grief-stricken heart" (Ibn Qayum).

Types of Pumpkin

One type is long and thin, while the other is chubby and fatty, but both types are equally useful; in ancient times Loki, Arab, Iran and India were cultivated in different regions, but now have their own utility, Thanks to its nutrition, energy and properties, it is being cultivated all over the world.

Pumpkin is cold, it also contains vitamin B complex, including protein, grease, mineral ingredients, fiber, calcium, phosphorus and iron, while the water content is 96%.

Not only does it provide energy, but it also has antibacterial properties, which people from different countries use in their own way.

Its medical benefits are in its place, but it would be surprising to know that it is also used in instrumental music, all wire makers are made of dry gourd.

In the US and Canada, 'kudu halwa' is eaten as a special dish on Christmas Eve, so 'kudu broth' and 'pudding' are common in Europe.

In many countries, gourmet gourd is also cooked in Pakistan in many ways, such as meat as salad, then gourd years, halwa, marga, raita, kebab and kofta.
