The plan was revealed in a 78-page master plan, according to which the project would be a joint venture between a government company in Pakistan and China, with a total value of $ 132 billion.
An amusement park, art and culture museum, grand theater, concert hall, international expo center, numerous hotels and shopping malls will be built on the island.

According to the detailed report, Gwadar will become the economic hub of Pakistan and South Asia in the coming time. Experts say the magnificent project could create 12 million jobs, per capita income of the city will be $ 15,000 while Pakistan's current per capita income is around $ 15,000.
The master plan proposes to convert Gwadar into Pakistan's first tax-free and arms-free economic zone.
