Prime Minister's big decision, rejecting increase in Hajj expenditure



The Prime Minister was told at the briefing that the Hajj expenditure would increase by Rs 100,000 each which he rejected.

 Prime Minister Imran Khan rejected an increase of Rs 1 lakh five thousand in the Hajj package. Religious  Ministry announced Rs 4 lakh 90 thousand for the Hajj.

According to media reports, the Minister concerned insisted on price hike, which the Prime Minister said should be received only from pilgrims on rent basis.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the rent will increase only by Rs.

Earlier, the Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri had said that the Prime Minister was concerned about the increase in Hajj prices.
